What data we collect

We collect the following, either directly or through the third-party providers listed below:

• Data you provide directly: name, email address, and the story details you share in the form (occasion, recipient, memories, musical preferences). This data is necessary to write and compose the song and is processed only for that purpose.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your payment card details.
• Usage data and technical cookies: necessary for the site to function (e.g. progress through the form, anti-bot protection).
• Marketing and measurement cookies: collected only if you give consent via the cookie banner (Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity — see the dedicated section below).

Why we process your data

• To create and deliver the personalized song you purchased;
• to process payment through Stripe;
• to send you the song and order-related communications by email;
• to protect the site from automated abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile);
• with your consent, to measure traffic and improve the site (Microsoft Clarity) and to show you relevant advertising (Meta Pixel and Conversions API).

Third-party processors

We use the following providers, each subject to its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• KIE.AI (Suno engine) and an AI language model — receive the story details you share with us (name, occasion, memories) for the sole purpose of writing the lyrics and composing the music for your song. We do not use them to train models or for any other purpose.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — anti-bot protection during checkout.
• Meta Pixel / Conversions API — only with your consent, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
• Microsoft Clarity — only with your consent, to analyze in aggregate how the site is used.
• Email service provider — to deliver the song and order-related communications.

Some of these providers may be located or hold servers outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer takes place under the safeguards required by applicable law (for example, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).

Retention period

We retain order data (including generated audio files) for as long as necessary to provide the Service and handle any support or refund requests, and in any case no longer than required by applicable tax and accounting law. Audio files generated by KIE.AI remain available on their servers for a limited period (14 days), which is why we archive them independently on our own systems to keep them accessible to you over time.

Your rights

You have the right, at any time, to:

• withdraw consent previously given;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• access your data and obtain a copy of it;
• request correction if inaccurate;
• request deletion, subject to any legal obligations requiring retention;
• request restriction of processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).

Cookie policy

The site uses technical cookies, always active because they are necessary for it to function (e.g. remembering your choice on the cookie banner, anti-bot protection). It also uses measurement and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity) only if you consent via the banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies from your browser or by contacting us.
