This site (recordify.shop) is operated by Easlybuy RCS (VAT number IT02838240188, registered office in Pavia, Italy), referred to below as "we", "us" or "Recordify". Throughout this document, "you" or "User" means anyone who visits the site or purchases our Services.
By visiting the site and/or purchasing a personalized song, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept them, you may not use the site or purchase our Services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version.
Recordify creates custom personalized songs: based on the information you provide in the form (occasion, recipient, story, details), we write original lyrics and compose them into music using a professional music engine. The final product is delivered digitally (MP3 audio file) by email, to the address provided at the time of purchase.
We do not ship anything physically: the Service is entirely digital. The delivery times shown on the site are operational estimates and do not constitute a binding contractual deadline, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is requested and processed before song generation begins, through Stripe. We do not offer a preview listen before payment: every song is written and composed specifically from the story you share with us, not a generic piece adapted afterward.

We reserve the right to refuse the Service to anyone, at any time, for legitimate reasons (for example, requested content that violates the law or third-party rights). Payment information is always transmitted in encrypted form by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your card details on our systems.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our written authorization.
Prices for our packages are shown on the site at the time of purchase and may change without notice for future orders; they never affect an order that has already been paid. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
The song is created based on the data you provide yourself (names, story, preferences). You are responsible for the accuracy of this information: we are not liable for errors in the final result arising from incorrect, incomplete, or ambiguous information provided when ordering.
We do our best to faithfully honor the requested occasion, recipient, musical genre, and mood, but AI-based music generation involves a creative and probabilistic component (for example in the vocal rendering) that we cannot guarantee will match every detail you imagined.
You may not use the site or the Service for:
Failure to comply with the above results in immediate termination of the Service.
To provide the Service we rely on third-party providers: Stripe for payments, an AI language engine for lyrics writing, KIE.AI/Suno for music composition, Cloudflare for anti-bot protection, plus the analytics and marketing tools described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for outages or malfunctions attributable to these providers, but we remain your sole point of contact for any issue with your order.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the artistic result will meet every subjective expectation, as it is an original creation based on the information provided. To the extent permitted by Italian law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount actually paid for the order in question.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent consumer court shall apply, where applicable, in accordance with the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
